The Colony hosts 2 luxury villas with their own private parking, entrances, porches, and living spaces. Each 2 bedroom villa has been recently renovated, fully furnished, and professionally decorated.
Each villa includes a primary bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom setup as an office with a twin bed, bathroom, full size kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry room. Special consideration has been taken to reduce noise adding soundproofing between the units.
Savor BEE-ing outdoors in the mountains during your visit! Although we are located in downtown Abingdon with all the prime location conveniences, The Villas property is uniquely private and quiet with lots of outdoor space. The Barn is our lighted seating and dining area (both covered and open air areas) for guests to relax. Each Villa also has private seating on the porch to enjoy your morning coffee.
The Colony is the place to BEE! We are 1 block from Abingdon’s Urban Pathway leading to downtown Abingdon or straight to The Virginia Creeper Trail. The Urban Pathway is reserved for bicycles, running, or walking through Abingdon without traveling on a major road.
