Guest Cancellation Policy
Guest Cancellation Policy
The total amount is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
At least 6 days before check-in - Guest will receive a full 100% refund.
Partial refund within 2-5 days of check-in - Guests will receive a refund for 50% of the reservation and the cleaning fee.
Within 1 day or less of check-in - Guests will receive a refund for 0% of the reservation.
If we are able to rebook your Villa, we will gladly refund any nights that are successfully rebooked -
less a $50 processing fee.
Early departures - No refunds for unused nights after check-in.
Travel Insurance - We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unexpected events such as illness, severe weather, family emergencies, or travel delays.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. While we must follow our cancellation policy to protect our small business, we will always do our best to rebook your Villa and refund any nights that are successfully rebooked.
